Genealogy Requests

Genealogy requests are taken at the counter between the hours of 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.  Up to five genealogy requests per family/per day will be done.  Additional requests may be left at the counter and will be completed within 1-3 days.  E-mail and telephone requests cannot be accommodated.

A Genealogy Request Form must be completed for each request.
