Until further notice:

  • Effective August 3, 2020, the Sexual Health Clinic (STI clinic) will be moving from a historical walk-in clinic to a BY APPOINTMENT ONLY clinic. Click here to see the press release. We will only be seeing patients in STI clinic who are symptomatic, returning for treatment or a referral from the DIS (Shameem).  
  • Immunization Clinic is open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY starting August 3, 2020. Click here for details regarding COVID-19 Immunization Clinic process.
  • SWAP is OPEN! Starting May 15, 2020 from 2PM-4PM we will resume our modified process of seeing participants. We ask that you please wear a facial covering during your time at SWAP. Thank you for following our new guidelines.
  • Travel, TB testing and HIV testing clinics have been cancelled until further notice.
  • HIV testing is available by appointment only by calling (330) 489-3322 and speaking with a member of the HIV Prevention Team.

 Nursing Division

The Nursing Division offers the following clinic services: childhood immunization clinic, Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Clinic, International Travel clinic, Counseling and Testing Site (HIV testing) Clinic and tuberculosis (TB) testing clinic. For more information about nursing services, please click here. As a reminder, please bring Photo ID and insurance
card(s) to all clinics.

The nurses work closely with the Environmental Health Division as well as other community agencies and schools to help resolve health related problems. Nurses are available to provide information to interested groups about their services, information on HIV/AIDS, other sexually transmitted infections and also other health issues.
