2017 Quality Improvement Project: Improving Childhood Immunization Clinics
Project Summary: Improve the Childhood Immunization Clinics efficiency by improving the length of patient wait times and the length of time the nursing staff take to process the patient for the clinic appointment. These improvements will allow more patients to be served and improve customer satisfaction.
Project Initiation:
The Nursing Division submitted a Quality Improvement (QI) Project Proposal for Improving Childhood Immunization Clinics on 9/13/2016. This project proposal was reviewed and scored by the Quality Improvement Committee (QIC) on 12/7/2016. The QIC selected this proposal to be a QI Project in 2017 on 01/18/2017.
The QIC selected staff from CCHD to form the Quality Improvement Project Team (QIPT) responsible to complete this project. Below is the list of the QIPT members.
