Immunization Clinic:
Mondays 8:00 - 11:00

2nd Thursday of each Month 4:00 - 6:45 p.m.
Immunizations provided in accordance with the American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines. Walk in, no fee for service,
offered for Canton City residents.
Sexually
Transmitted Disease Clinic:
Tuesdays 8:00 - 10:30 a.m.
Fridays 8:00 - 10:30 a.m.
Diagnosis, treatment and education for sexually transmitted diseases, as well as follow-up on contacts
for specific diseases. Walk in, no fee for service. No residency requirements.

Skin Testing:
Mondays 8:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Mantoux skin testing provided. Walk in, no fee for service.
Offered for Canton City residents.
Counseling
& Testing Site Clinic:
Wednesdays 1:30 - 3:00 p.m.
2nd Thursday of Month 4:00 - 6:45 p.m.
Counseling and testing for HIV (AIDS) antibody. Confidential and anonymous testing offered. Walk in, no fee for service. No residency requirements.
Travel Clinic:
Thursdays 8:00 -
10:30 a.m.
Immunizations and education provided for travelers to other countries. Appointment required, fee for service. No residency requirements.
