Cardiovascular/Hypertension-Chronic Care Clinic

Monday mornings by appointment only / Walk-Ins accepted but appointments preferred
Screenings are available for Cholesterol/Lipid Panel, Hypertension and Body Mass Index (BMI/height and weight).

Fee for service ($10 for Cholesterol/Lipid Panel). Acceptable payment methods include cash, check, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. No residency requirement. No one will be turned away for inability to pay.

The Cardiovascular/Hypertension-Chronic Care Clinic will:

  • Screen, identify and monitor patients with chronic illnesses in order to initiate appropriate dietary and activity recommendations which will promote health and prevent complications.
  • Provide patient education and counseling to encourage patients to practice healthy behaviors

It is recommended that patients have nothing to eat or drink for 8-10 hours prior to Cholesterol/Lipid testing.

Medications will not be prescribed as a therapeutic regimen. If medications are needed, a referral to a primary care physician will occur.
