Flu Season is Here!

The Canton City Health Department flu vaccine is for:

  1. Children ages 6 months through 59 months

  2. Adults ages 50 years and older

  3. Children and adults who are at increased risk for severe complications from influenza, such as those with chronic disease of the pulmonary or cardiovascular systems, asthma, diabetes, kidney disease, immunosuppression, spinal cord injuries, seizure disorders, etc.

  4. Healthy household contacts and caregivers of children ages 0 through 59 months and persons at high risk for severe complications from influenza.

  5. Women who are pregnant or will be pregnant during the influenza season.
