  Comments:
  Employee health training is complete and on file for each employee. PIC is level 2 trained. 
  
  There is a clean up kit and supplies for comit cleanup and all managers are being trained to use. 
  
  There is a break room for emplolyees to eat and dring. 
  
  Handwashing and glove use are observed. 
  
  Hot and cold holding temperatures are as expected. Hot foods observed above 135°F, cold under 41°F.
  
  Several cleaning issues observed at time of inspection. 
  
  Cross contamination hazards eliminated by good separation of uncooked eggs, chicken and beef in coolers from RTE foods. 
  
  Chemicals are stored away from foods and food contact surfaces.
