  stove. The steam table is not used at this time, because of a slow to limited food business.
  
  
  2) Raw animal foods are separated from raw ready-to-eat foods /cooked ready to-eat foods.
  
  
  3) Preventing Contamination by Hands  - Adequate handsink facilities supplied and accessible; hands clean and properly washed;
  Observed no bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods. Gloves used when handling ready to eat food
  
  
  4) Observed day date marking on time/temperature controlled for safety food stored in the walk-in cooler for more than 24 hrs.
  Some food items are made in bulk, and many food items are made every other day in small quantites.
