  VII - Observed proper cooking temperatures and parameters as specified in Ohio Administrative Code except for garlic in oil |
  mixture stored at room temperature (approximately 64°F). All cold holding units were holding below 41°F. Cooked foods are cooled |
  from 135°F to 70°F within 2 hours and from 70°F to 41°F or below within 4hours. All hot foods were hot holding above 135F. |

The issue with garlic in oil mixture was discussed with the Person in Charge and was corrected immediately. |
