  II -  PERSONNEL CLEANLINESS - Personal appearance and hygiene of   staff was good.
  
  III - PREVENTION OF CONTAMINATION FROM HANDS - Observed no bare   hand contact of ready-to-eat foods.      
  Utensils are used to handle ready-to-eat foods.
  
  IV - PERSON IN CHARGE - Person in Charge is Serv Safe certified   and demonstrated basic food safety knowledge.
  
  VI. Thawing - Foods are thawed in accordance with Ohio   Administrative Code.
  
  VII - Observed proper cooking temperatures and parameters as   specified in Ohio Administrative Code except for garlic in oil
  mixture stored at room temperature (approximately 64°F). All cold holding units were holding below 41°F. Cooked foods are cooled  
  from 135°F to 70°F within 2 hours and from 70°F to 41°F or below within 4hours. All hot foods were hot holding above 135F.
  
  The issue with garlic in oil mixture was discussed with the   Person in Charge and was corrected immediately.
  
  X - PROTECTION FROM CONTAMINATION - Observed raw animal foods   properly stored and separated from ready to eat
  foods and foods   with a lower minimum cooking temperature.
  
  XV - TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICE -Temperature measuring devices   were provided and available for use.
