  1) Hand washing facilities are adequate for employees. Exposed ready-to-eat foods are not touched by bare hands. Vinyl gloves,
  tongs, and spoons are used while handling ready to eat foods. Discussed a policy for employee heath and maintaining a employee
  health agreement form for each food employee. This must be done.
  
      
  2).  Potentially hazardous foods that have been cooked and refrigerated are reheated for hot holding within 2 hours to 165°. Hot
  foods are being held at 135°F or above and cold foods are being held at 41°F or below.
  
                         
  3) Raw animal foods separated from raw ready to eat foods and cooked ready to eat foods.
                       
  
  4) Temperature measuring device is provided
