  II - PERSONNEL CLEANLINESS - Personal cleanliness and appearance of staff was good.
  
  III - PREVENTION OF CONTAMINATION FROM HANDS - Observed good handwashing. Gloves are used to handle ready to
  eat foods.  
  
  IV - PERSON IN CHARGE- Person in Charge demonstrated good knowledge in food safety.
  
  VII - Observed proper cooking, hot holding, and cold holding temperatures as specified in the Ohio Administrative Code.
  
  XI - PROTECTION FROM CONTAMINATION - Observed raw bacon and raw hot dogs stored above ready to eat foods in reach
  in cooler.  Issue was discussed with person in charge and was corrected.
  
  XV- TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICE -      Temperature measuring devices were provided in cold holding units. No food
  thermometer was provided to measure temperatures of hot and cold foods. Provide a thermometer with a scale of 0-220F to monitor
  food temperatures. Issue was discussed with person in charge.
