  PIC has employee health policy forms but needs to have employees read and sign for files. Employees are sent home when ill. 
  Handwashing areas defined and supplied with soap and paper toweling. Employees weat heait restrains and are weating clean
  clothing. No barehand contac twith food iobserved. 
  Foods are from approved sources. Refrigeration temperatures are under 41°F. Cooking and hot holding temperatures aboue 135°F.
  Thawind is observed in refrigeration and food are separated with RTE foods above those needing cooked. 
  Chemicals stored under sinks except santizer bucket and speays which are stored away from food prep areas.
