II - PERSONNEL CLEANLINESS - Personal appearance and hygiene of staff was good. |
  III - HANDWASHING - Handwashing facilities were adequate and conveniently located. One compartment of a four compartment |
  sink is being used for the hanwash sink. Person in charge agreed to visibly designate that compartment for handwashing only. Dish |
  detergent was being used for hand soap. Provide antibacterial handsoap for handwashing. No food was being prepared at time of |
  inspection. No barehand contact of food was observed. Gloves were provided. |
  IV- PERSON IN CHARGE - Person in Charge was provided with information regarding cooking temperatures and organization in |
  coolers and freezers. |
  VII - Observed potentially hazardous foods stored below 41F in accordance with Ohio Administrative Code. No food was being |
  prepared at time of inspection so no hot holding temperatures or cooking temperatures were observed. |
  XI - Observed raw animal foods properly stored and separated from ready-to-eat foods except in reach in freezer. The issue was |
  discussed with the person in charge and will be corrected. |

  XV- Temperature measuring devices were provided and available for use. The thermometer used for temping internal temperatures |
  of food had a scale of 50-550F. Provide a thermometer with a scale of 0-220F to monitor internal temperatures of both hot and |
  cold foods. Issue was discussed with the Person in Charge and will be corrected. |
