  Lock out switch for refrigeration unit is functioning. Unit is clean and the product is within dates. Temperature is 39°F.

  Lockout switch for freezer may not be working properly. Unit interior temperature rose to 7°F, switch is set to trip at 1°F.
  Please service machine to ensure that the machine locks when necessary. Product is frozen at time of inspection and unit is
  clean.
   
  3717-1-04.4 Equipment, utensils, and linens: maintenance and operation.

  (A)Equipment - good repair and proper adjustment.
      (1) Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified 
      under rule 3717-1-04 of the Administrative Code and rule 3717-1-04.1 of the Administrative Code.
      (2) Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, 
      and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
      (3) Cutting or piercing parts of can openers shall be kept sharp to minimize the creation of metal fragments 
      that can contaminate food when the container is opened.

  Coffee vending machine has mildew in the cabinet and on door seals and a slimy residue in the overflow bin. Maintain these
  areas clean daily. Temperature is 40°F. There is a bit of condensations inside on the exterior of the refrigerated section,
  this may indicate a poorly sealing door and is likely contributing to the mildew in the unit. Monitor and replace seals if
  needed.
   
   
  3717-1-04.5 Equipment, utensils, and linens: cleaning of equipment and utensils.
  (D)Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
  Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil
  residues.
