  The follow up inspection indicates that the violations listed on the last recheck have been addressed. The dishwasheer has
  been repaired and the hot water sanitizing cycle was checked at 191°, which is in compliance.
   
  3717-1-03.5 Food: food identity, presentation, and on premises labeling.
  (C)Food labels. - VIOLATION Labeling is still an issue although, it is imporved from last time. Most packaged foods items
  offered for sale in the customer self service display case do have labeling. Food items presented to the consumer in the self
  service display case are either commercially made, or prepared / packaged by the this food operation, and have an ingredient
  list in a note book form for customers to view. The ingredient list for the bread is still not listed any where in the note
  book, This includes individually wrapped bread, as well as, all sandwich items in display cases. This must be corrected. I
  discussed this with the manager / cook.
   
   
  This violation will be checked on the next regular inspection.
