   Observed sanitizer tablets stored loose in the
  sanitizer bucket with a container so fingerling service spoons a knife and other silverware. Per PIC much of the silver is
  for personal use. Silverware, even for personal use needs to be stored protected from contamination.

  Sewage and other liquid waste: Conveying sewage.
   Observed a sign above the mop sink that mop water
  is to be dumped outside. This is not permitted as this creates an illicit discharge to the storm water system. Mop water
  must be dumped in the sink so that it is conveyed to the treatment facility for treating.
