  NOTE: REACH IN COOLER WAS COLD HOLDING @ 53F. THE COOLER WAS COLD HOLDING ONLY NON-TCS FOODS
  (POP, WATER, BUNS). THE ISSUE WAS DISCUSSED WITH THE PERSON IN CHARGE AND TEMPERATURE WILL BE
  ADJUSTED TO COLD HOLD BELOW 41F BEFORE USING COOLER TO STORE TCS FOODS. ALL TCS FOODS WERE
  STORED IN REACH IN FREEZER AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
   
  GLOVES, TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICES, CHLORINE SANITIZER AND TEST KIT WERE PROVIDED. CHLORINE
  AT 50 PPM.
   
  THREE COMPARTMENT SETUP AND HANDWASHING SETUP = OK.
   
  NOTE: HOT WATER WAS NOT PROVIDED AT HANDWASH SINK.
