CHURCH. ACCORDING TO MR. MAPP, THEY ARE EXPLORING THE IDEA OF BRINGING IN SOMEONE TO OPERATE A |
FOOD SERVICE OPERATION OUT OF THE CHURCH KITCHEN AND POSSIBLY DO SOME CATERING. AT THE TIME OF |
INSPECTION THE FOLLOWING ISSUES WERE IDENTIFIED AND WOULD NEED TO BE CORRECTED. |

-NO MOP HOOKS WERE PROVIDED TO HANG MOPS. |

-OBSERVED SHELVES MADE OF A BARE UNSEALED WOOD MATERIAL IN DRY STORAGE ROOM. THE WOOD WOULD |
HAVE TO PAINTED OR SEALED WITH A POLYURETHANE SEALANT SO THAT IT IS SMOOTH, NON-ABSORBENT AND |
EASILY CLEANABLE. |

-COUNTER TOPS AND WAREWASHING MACHINE AND DRAINBOARDS WERE NOT SEALED TO THE WALL. ALL CLEAN IN |
