        A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in ppm (mg/L) of sanitizing solutions shall be
       provided.

  NO SOAP WAS PROVIDED AT HANDWASH SINK BEHIND BAR. PROVIDE HANDWASH SOAP AT ALL HANDWASH SINKS
  TO ALLOW FOR PROPER HANDWASHING. THE ISSUE WAS DISCUSSED WITH THE PERSON IN CHARGE AND WILL BE
  CORRECTED. THE PERSON IN CHARGE STATED THAT HE HAS PURCHASED A SOAP DISPENSER BUT HAS YET TO
  INSTALL IT.

       Each handwashing lavatory or group of two adjacent lavatories shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning 
       liquid, powder, or bar soap.

  AND DRY LOCATION TO ALLOW FOR PROPER HAND DRYING OR ANOTHER ACCEPTABLE MEANS OF HAND DRYING AS
  DESCRIBED IN RULE BELOW.

       Each handwashing lavatory or group of adjacent lavatories shall be provided with:  
   
       (1)     Individual, disposable towels;
   
       (2)     A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; 
   
       or
   
       (3)     A heated-air hand drying device.

  BEEN CORRECTED EXCEPT FOR THE ABOVE CITED VIOLATIONS. A FOLLOW UP OF THE ABOVE CITED VIOLATIONS
  WILL BE CONDUCTED DURING THE NEXT REGULAR INSPECTION. ALL OF THE ABOVE CITED VIOLATIONS MUST BE
  CORRECTED BY THE NEXT REGULAR INSPECTION OR FURTHER LEGAL ACTION MAY BE TAKEN.
