  OBSERVED AN OPEN PACKAGE OF CREAM CHEESE IN REACH IN COOLER DATEMARKED 02/02. THE CREAM CHEESE
  HAD BEEN FROZEN ON 02/20/2016 AND WAS NOT REDATED WHEN IT WAS PULLED OUT OF FREEZER YESTERDAY.
  THE ISSUE WAS DISCUSSED WITH THE PERSON IN CHARGE AND WAS CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY. ALL TCS FOODS
  MUST BE CONSUMED OR DISCARDED WITHIN 7 DAYS AND MUST BE DATEMARKED ACCORDINGLY IF NOT USED
  WITHIN 24 HOURS. (CRITICAL VIOLATION)
