  This inspection was conducted in response to a complaint concerning a person who purchased food on Saturday, 5-10-08 around
  9:00 pm and found a roach in the french fries.
   
  I discussed the complaint with the manager. They stated that they had not received any complaint. The manager also stated
  that they have not seen any cockroaches in the facility for while. Wendy's maintains a contract for monthly pest control
  visits to monitor any pest in the facility.
   
  I inspected the facility and did not observe any cockroaches or evidence of cockroaches.
