  I have been trying to contact owner for about a month. We had scheduled an inspection date for 1/20/06, however the owner
  never showed up to open bar. A note to contact the health department to reschedule an inspection was placed on the door. On
  2/17/06, I was able to contact the owner via phone. At this time, he stated that the bar has been closed for 3 weeks now and
  that he has already been packing up and removing stuff from facility. He stated that the bar will remain closed. I contacted
  Ken Everhart, compliance officer with Liquor control. Ken was unaware of the bar closing. He was made aware that they did
  not have an inspection this year and would not have a food license after 2/28/06. Ken will inform this Agency if he finds
  they are not closed.
