  Complaint received that the meat cooler is nasty. On inspection the deli meat cooler needs to be cleaned (debris in the
  vents) and the walk in cooler holding meat in the back of the store is foul smelling. Per Tyler, the manager, there had been
  a water line break and associated drain back up in the basement under this are. The whole area smells badly, in fact one of
  the vendors was overheard saying that it smelled of rotting meat. The plumber has been out to correct the drain, repair the
  pipe, clean the basement and there are currently fans running to continue to dry the area. It appears that the complaint is
  being addressed.

  Time/temperature controlled for safety food - cold holding.
  In the deli meat cooler there is a plastic container of bacon and hard boiled eggs packaged together. This plastic container
  is attached to the cooler wall and is not inside the air curtain. The contents, a TCS food, is holding above 50°F. Manager
  removed from sale, will damage them out and discard. He instructed the manager in this area not to hold TCS items in this
  container in the future.
