  There is some discussion on the cheese sauce being cooled and reheated. Per the kitchen staff, cheese is reheated if any is
  left. Open bags of cheese may not be cooled and reheated at a later time. The bags that have not been opened but have been in
  the warmers can be cooled. The warmers for this product is not designed to reheat the product to 165°F required for pathogen
