  NO UTILITY SINK WAS PROVIDED TO FILL MOP BUCKETS, DUMP MOP BUCKET WATER AND CLEAN MOPS AND
  OTHER CLEANING TOOLS. ACCORDING TO THE PERSON IN CHARGE, A BUCKET IS FILLED IN THREE
  COMPARTMENT SINK AND USED TO FILL THE MOP BUCKET. THE MOP WATER IS THEN DUMPED OUTSIDE WHEN
  FINISHED. DUMPING WATER OUTSIDE IS NOT AN APPROVED MEANS OF DISPOSING OF MOP WATER. PROVIDE A
  UTILITY SINK FOR THIS PURPOSE PER RULE REQUIREMENTS CITED BELOW.
   
  3717-1-05.1 Water, Plumbing, and Waste:  Plumbing System
   
  (I)      Service sink - number.
   
        At least one service sink or one curbed cleaning facility equipped with a floor drain shall be provided and conveniently
       located for the cleaning of mops or similar wet floor cleaning tools and for the disposal of mop water and similar liquid
       waste.

  OBSERVED SOILED RAGS STORED IN HANDWASH SINK. HANDWASH SINKS CAN ONLY BE USED FOR HANDWASHING.
  MAINTAIN HANDWASH SINK CLEAN AND FREE OF CLUTTER SO THAT IT IS ACCESSIBLE AT ALL TIMES FOR
  HANDWASHING.
   
  ALSO, IT WAS NOTED THAT EMPLOYEES WERE OBSERVED USING THE MIDDLE COMPARTMENT OF THE THREE
  COMPARTMENT SINK TO WASH HANDS. DO NOT USE THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK FOR HANDWASHING. THE
  DESIGNATED HANDWASH SINK MUST BE USED FOR HANDWASHING.
   
  3717-1-05.1 Water, plumbing, and waste: plumbing system.
  (O)Using a handwashing sink - operation and maintenance.
      (1) A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use.
      (2) A handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.
      (3) An automatic handwashing facility shall be used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.

  NO PAPER TOWELS WERE PROVIDED AT THE HANDWASH SINK. THE ISSUE WAS DISCUSSED WITH THE PERSON IN
  CHARGE AND WILL BE CORRECTED.
   
  3717-1-06.2 Physical facilities: numbers and capacities.
  (C)Handwashing sinks - hand drying provision.
  Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with:
      (1) Individual, disposable towels;
      (2) A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; 
      (3) A heated-air hand drying device; or
      (4) A hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at 
      ambient temperatures.

  GLOVES, TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICES, QUAT SANITIZER AND TEST KIT WERE PROVIDED.
   
  QUAT SANITIZER @ 200 PPM.
   
  OBSERVED GOOD GLOVE USE.
   
  HAIR NETS ARE PROVIDED TO RESTRAIN HAIR.
   
  NOTE: MOP HOOKS STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PROVIDED TO HANG MOPS. HOWEVER NO MOPS WERE VISIBLE AT THE
  TIME OF INSPECTION. A MEANS OF HANGING MOPS TO ALLOW FOR PROPER AIR DRYING MUST BE PROVIDED.
   
  *A FOLLOW UP OF THE ABOVE CITED VIOLATIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED DURING THE NEXT REGULAR
  INSPECTION.*
