  NO HOT WATER WAS PROVIDED. SUFFICIENT HOT WATER MUST BE PROVIDED TO ALLOW FOR PROPER CLEANING
  OF THE PHYSICAL FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND FOR PROPER HANDWASHING.
   
  THE ISSUE WAS DISCUSSED WITH THE PERSONS IN CHARGE. THEY HAVE CHOSEN TO REDUCE THE FREQUENCY
  OF MEALS GOING OUT TO ONCE PER WEEK. THEY ALSO AGREED TO USE ALL COMMERCIALLY PRE-PACKAGED
  FOODS AND SINGLE SERVICE UTENSILS (IF NECESSARY). THE MEALS COME IN PRE-PACKAGED AND FROZEN
  FROM A LICENSED KOSHER KITCHEN OUT OF AKRON. SINCE THE FACILITY IS A NON-PROFIT OPERATION AND
  WILL BE OPERATING IN THE KITCHEN 52 TIMES A YEAR OR LESS, THIS FACILITY WILL NO LONGER
  REQUIRE A FOOD SERVICE LICENSE.
   
  3717-1-05 Water, Plumbing, and Waste: Water
   
  (H)      Capacity.
   
        (1) The water source and system shall be of sufficient capacity to meet the peak water demands of the food service
       operation or retail food establishment.
   
        (2) Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout
       the food service operation or retail food establishment.

  FOOD LICENSE.
