  *  * All food products are prepackaged and precooked, except for hamburger which is cooked from the raw state. 
   
   
   
  All the food is cooked and prepared at this location. The food products are transported to various feeding sites in hot boxes
  and coolers. The milk is kept in coolers with ice packs. There are warmers at the feeding sites to maintain hot holding until
  the food is served to the children.
   
   
  The equipment is adequate.for transporting the hot food and the cold food.
   
  1) Observed glove use while handling ready to eat food.     
  2) Hot food is held @ 135° or greater, cold food is held @ 41° and below.
  3) Sanitized water solution @ 3 compartment sink is @ 200 ppm.
   
   
  Kitchen equipment is well maintained
