  I was on duty to monitor/ inspect the PFHOF Round Table Event on Sun. Aug 5, 2018. I communicated with the Quality Control
  coordinator during the course of inspection/ time spent.
   
  1) Hot food holding temperatures were as follows: Chicken @ 174°,  Potatoes @ 148°,  Beans @ 153°
  2) Cold food refrigeration was checked as follows: Reefer truck  (left side) @ 37°;  Reefer truck (right side) @ 39°
  3) Food plating was done under cover of tents. Gloves and hair  restraints were observed on all employees.
  4) Portable handwash station was available for use, with soap and  paper towels. Observed handwashing
  5) 3 - tub set up was available for cleaning of utensils,  equipment         (~ 200 to 300 ppm for Quat Sanitizer)
  6) Sanitizer, Test kit, and Thermometer were available.
   
   
  No issues or violations were noted at times of monitoring /  inspection
