  Cold Food Machine and Hot Beverage Machine.  Cold Food Machine - Cold Holding @ 39°F. Safety Shutoff Switch = Ok. 
   
  Only one float mechanism was provided in hot beverage machine. It was not working properly as noted in violations.
   
  Cleaning and sanitation inside vending machines was good.

  *CRITICAL VIOLATION*
  3717-1-07.0(B)
  Poisonous or toxic materials: Working containers - common name. Observed an unlabeled spray bottle of a chemical cleaner
  stored inside of the hot beverage vending machine. Mr. Vilagi stated that the spray bottle contains Simple Green cleaner.
  Toxic chemicals should not be stored inside the vending machines and should be labeled with the common name of the chemical.
  The issue was discussed with Mr. Vilagi and the spray bottle of Simple Green was removed from the machine.

  Poisonous or toxic materials: Storage: separation. Observed a spray bottle of Simple Green cleaner stored inside the hot
  beverage vending machine on the floor of the machine. Do not store chemicals inside vending machines to prevent chemical
  contamination. The issue was discussed with Mr. Vilagi and the spray bottle of Simple Green cleaner was immediately removed
  from the hot beverage vending machine.
