  3.5 Labeling- most pastries are pre-packaged and labeled for sale. Vendor to remove and unlabeled goods or maintain behind
  counter with fudge items. Please maintain a binder with ingredients labeling inside for future events.
   
  Vendor has extra utensils and deli tissues with her. Will take utensils back to bakery end of day for sanitizing. 
   
  (Note: Vendor showed a copy of a mobile license and indicated that the original was with a mobile unit in Dayton today. She is
  not set up to operatire as a mobile unit and obtained a temporary license for this event.)
