  All safety switches and shut offs are working at time of inspection. 
  Units are maintained clean and accessible. This unit also supplies the produce mistes and the bakery proofer. 
  Verifiable employee  Health Reporting training is needed along with a written vomit clean up procedure and kit. 
  3717-1-02.4 Management and personnel: supervision.
  (C)Person in charge - duties.
   
  License is not being displayed nor kept with the machine as required under OAC 901:4-02 (G)
   
  Water quality samples are taken twice yearly, but the results are not on file with the technician nor the store for review. 
  3717-1-08.3 Special requirements: bulk water machine criteria.
  (H)The water dispensed from bulk water machines shall be sampled at least semi-annually for coliform bacteria. 
  Sample results shall be retained at the food service operation or retail food establishment for review by the licensor.
