  hold the itme for sale. There is a toaster oven that is being used to heat the pizza for individual sale. 3.4
   
  Violation: All pizza is being home produced. All foods must be made at the food stand or prepared in a licensed kitchen and
  purchased from approved sources in order to be sold at a temporary operation. 3.1
   
  Violation: There is no thermometer or test strips for sanitizer. 4.2
