  Tuna salad sandwich, Nuts, Chips, Lemonade, Pop, Water
   
  2) Drew a scale drawing of equipment and mobile unit for the file and back of license.
   
  3) All equipment is operational.     Hot and cold running water is available, The water system is a self contained unit.
   
   
  This mobile unit meets the basic requirements for conducting business as a mobile food service operation, and is approved for
  licensing for the year 2018. Application issued at this time.
