  Vender did not have a license at time of inspection, was given information and indicated she will mail in completed
  application and fees when she got home (does not carry checkbook with her). Gus siad this would be acceptable. We were given a
  business card as she comes to the Oddmall shows often.
   
  Cupcakes and cookies are well labeled as a home produced item. We did find an error on one food item (Flour was not listed as
  ingredient). She will relabel these items with new labels.

  No TCS items are for sale, however, she does keep extra items in a cooler for product quality (the decorated frosting holds
  better when kept cool but is not a TCS food). All items are pre-packaged. No need for washing utensils. She has disinfecting
  wipes available.
