  WITH A HOMESTYLE REFRIGERATOR UNTIL THE OPERATION MOVES INTO THEIR NEW LOCATION LATER THIS
  MONTH.
   
  -NO CHLORINE TEST STRIPS WERE PROVIDED. THE PERSON IN CHARGE SAID THAT SHE HAS ALREADY ORDERED
  MORE TEST STRIPS FROM THEIR CHEMICAL SUPPLY COMPANY.
   
  -PERSON IN CHARGE WAS AWARE OF THE HOLE IN CEILING NEAR VENT HOOD AND SAID THAT IT IS IN THE
  PROCESS OF BEING REPAIRED.
