  Sanitizing frequency of utensils and food-contact surfaces.
  There is not a sink available for warewashing of the coffee pots and cappuccino machine nozzles. Employees use the small sink
  at the coffee counter to wash and rinse the coffee pots and such but are not sanitizing.

  Observed an aerosol can of Raid in the cabinet stored with the coffee cups. Store chemicals away from food and food supplies
  such as cups. PIC relocated to an area near the registers. (**Pesticides are to be applied only by licensed pest control
  operators.**)

  Wet wiping cloth found stored on the counter. This needs to be stored in a sanitizer solution between uses or in a location
  away from food prep areas to dry.

  The counter near the sink is observed to be badly damaged and in dire need of repair/replacement. The shelving in the
  cabinets is also showing similar issues with bowed, damaged formica covering. These need to be repaired to be smooth and
  easily cleanable.

  Manual warewashing - three compartment sink required.
  A 3 compartment sink is required for washing rinsing and sanitizing coffee pots and removable parts on the cappuccino
  machine. This has been noted in inspection reports previously and will need to be addressed if you wish to keep selling
  coffee.

  Plumbing system - Prohibiting a cross connection
  At time of inspection a hose was found connected to the faucet and laying in the sink This creates a cross connection between
   fresh water supplies and waste water system. The hose should be disconnected from the faucet or hung up with the hose end
  out of the sink during times it is not in use.
