   Bar is and has been closed temporarily. There is new
  person that will be running it but at present the bar is not open due to heavy water damage from some roof leaks. The whole
  building is vacant and the power has been shut off. Mark indicated that he has been trying to keep the liquor license valid by
  showing minimal reciepts for this bar. At time of inspection there is no food or alcohol present. No dishes, single service
  items. The ceiling is badly damaged and has fallen in several locations inside. Mark has agreeed to put the liquor license
  into safekeeping (their version of voluntarily suspending so that reciepts do not need to be documented). The roof will be
  replaced in the next two months. Once the power is back on, the bar is cleaned and repaired and everything is ready to be
  re-opened, an inspection will be made to determine compliance with the food code. Please call 330-438-4651 at least one week
  prior to re-opening to schedule the inspection as the facility must be inspected prior to opening at this point.
