  This inspection is a pre-licensing inspection. This mobile unit meets the basic requirements for a mobile food license in
  accordance with the Ohio Administrative Code upon completion of the following:
   
  - Place a thermometer in refrigerator to monitor temperature.
   
  It was noted that the homestyle refrigerator will be permitted on a temporary basis until it can be replaced with a commercial
  NSF approved refrigerator. The homestyle refrigerator must be replaced before the mobile license can be renewed for the 2013
  licensing year.
   
  The menu was provided with plans.
   
  An application for a 2012 mobile food service operation license has been issued. Once the signed application has been returned
  to the Canton City Health Department along with the applicable license fee, the mobile food service unit may open for
  business.
