  LONGER SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. RESURFACE BOTTOM OF KEG COOLER SO THAT IT IS DURABLE,
  SMOOTH, NON ABSORBENT AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
   
  OBSERVED BAR CHAIRS THAT WERE TORN SUCH THAT THEY ARE NO LONGER SMOOTH, NON ABSORBENT AND
  EASILY CLEANABLE. REUPHOLSTER CHAIRS THAT ARE TORN SO THAT THEY ARE SMOOTH, NON ABSORBENT AND
  EASILY CLEANABLE.

  (I)      Nonfood-contact surfaces - materials.
   
        Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment that are exposed to splash, spillage, or other food soiling or that require
       frequent cleaning shall be constructed of a corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth material.

  OBSERVED A BUILDUP OF RESIDUE INSIDE POP GUNS AND HOLDERS. ALSO, OBSERVED BUILDUP OF RESIDUE
  AND DEBRIS AT BOTTOM OF KEG COOLER. CLEAN ALL EQUIPMENT AS OFTEN AS NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN CLEAN
  TO SIGHT AND TOUCH.
   
  3717-1-04.5 Equipment, Utensils, and Linens:  Cleaning of Equipment and Utensils
   
  (A)     Equipment, food-contact surfaces, nonfood-contact surfaces, and utensils.
   
       (1)     Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
   
       (2)     The food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans shall be kept free of encrusted grease deposits
       and other soil accumulations.
   
       (3)     Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and
       other debris.

       A toilet room used by females shall be provided with a covered receptacle for sanitary napkins.

  OBSERVED HOLES IN WALL IN WOMENS RESTROOM AND HOLES IN CEILING IN THE MEN'S RESTROOM. REPAIR
  ALL HOLES IN WALLS AND CEILINGS SO THAT THE WALLS AND CEILINGS ARE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
   
  OBSERVED BARE UNSEALED WOOD ON DOOR TO WOMEN'S RESTROOM. PROPERLY PAINT AND SEAL ALL BARE
  UNSEALED WOOD WITH A POLYURETHANE SEALANT SO THAT THE DOOR IS SMOOTH, NON ABSORBENT AND EASILY
  CLEANABLE.
   
  3717-1-06 Physical Facilities:  Materials for Construction and Repair
   
  (A)      Indoor areas - surface characteristics
   
        (1) Except as specified in paragraph (A)(2) of this rule, materials for indoor floor, wall, and ceiling surfaces
       under conditions of normal use shall be:
   
             (a) Smooth, durable, and easily cleanable for areas where food service operation or retail food establishment
            activities are conducted;
   
            (b)      Closely woven and easily cleanable carpet for carpeted areas; and
   
             (c) Nonabsorbent for areas subject to moisture such as food preparation areas, walk-in refrigerators,
            warewashing areas, toilet rooms, mobile food service operation or mobile retail food establishment servicing areas,
            and areas subject to flushing or spray cleaning methods.

  ALL BAR COOLERS WERE COLD HOLDING BELOW 41F. QUAT SANITIZER AND TEST KIT WERE PROVIDED.
   
  GENERAL CLEANING IN THE KITCHEN COULD USE IMPROVEMENT. EVEN THOUGH THE KITCHEN IS NOT OPEN IT
  MUST BE MAINTAINED CLEAN.
   
  NOTE: THIS FACILITY IS SCHEDULED TO CLOSE BY THE END OF DECEMBER 2009.
