  *COOLER HAD JUST BEEN LOADED WITH SALADS. THE PIC AGREED TO ADJUST THE THERMOSTAT. COOLER WAS
  AT 40°F WITHIN 10 MINUTES.
   
  PROVIDE TEST KIT FOR QUAT SANITIZER. QUAT SANITIZER MUST BE AT 200 PPM OR GREATER TO
  EFFECTIVELY SANITIZE EQUIPMENT.
