This is a pre-licensing inspection due to a change in ownership at the request of the new owner. |

For purposes of bringing the facility up to current code the following will need to be completed prior to licensing: |
|
~Reseal all sinks to the walls. Include in this the wall to the red counter in the bathroom by the sink. |
~Install a mop hook for the purposes of allowing the mop to dry in a position that does not contaminate walls nor the handle |
of the mop. |
~Repaint the water lines at the sinks that have worn and chipped paint to ensure a smooth and easily cleanable surface. |
~Base coving needs to be replaced or reaffixed to the walls throughout the facility. |
~The wall and floor junctures in the walk in need to be sealed to facilitate cleaning. |
~Damaged floor tiles throughout the facility need to be replaced to ensure a smooth, durable and easily cleanable surface. |
~Cutting board is deeply scored and needs to be planed to be easily cleanable. |
~Repair the rusted door jamb for the kitchen door to ensure it is smooth, durable and easily cleanable. |
~Walk in door has a lot of chips in the paint and needs to be made smooth and easily cleanable. |
~Hood system should be reviewed as to last scheduled maintenance. |
~Register vent near the door is damaged and should be repaired to prevent larger items from being swept into the ducts. |
~Bathroom ceiling is currently acoustical tiles. These need to be replaced with tiles that are smooth and easily cleanable to |
bring up to current code. |
~Ceiling tiles are damaged in the manager office and need to be replaced. |
~Repair the damaged wall in the office to ensure a smooth, durable and easily cleanable surface. |
